This is a great book for performing a HALT test and planning your next steps. It will give you insights into1-what you need to set up before starting2-what to look for during teh test3-how to evaluate your results and next steps.

Not incredibly theoretical in nature, but met my needs as an "applied", hands-on, how to for the basics of an ESS program.
